[Manager/Manager Candidate]
Monthly salary: 350,000-450,000
Holidays: 8 days a month shift system, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, paid vacation
Bonus: twice a year
Salary increase: Once a year
Working hours: 10-hour shift system between 11:00 and 23:00 (2-hour break)
Qualifications: Person with service experience in restaurant business (dinner customer unit price 5000 yen or more)
・If you have service experience, we welcome the challenge of those with no management experience.
・For those with management experience, there is also a career path to becoming a manager and then a director who oversees a brand.
Business content: Customer service, operation planning, staff training, sales promotion planning, shift management, numerical management (mainly sales and personnel expenses), and other management of all service teams and coordination with the kitchen.
Salary example: 30 years old/assistant manager (mid-career hire, no management experience when joining) Annual income: 5.2 million yen
Eight years after joining the company, 38 years old/Director (mid-career hire, with management experience at a foreign steakhouse) Annual income: 6.5 million yen
